Relationships start off with the honeymoon stage where there is a lot of passion and a high level of sexual activity.

Partners do many interesting and fun activities , this helps them maintain interest in each other.

However, once our relationship begins to establish itself we often begin to take each other for granted .

We get busy , life’s pressures get in the way .

Our priorities often change and before we know it, we are not investing as much as we need to for the continued growth of our relationship.

We all have an idea of how our needs can be met in a relationship.

Most of us expect love, friendship, communication, commitment, trust , respect , intimacy and a sexual relationship.
